Kosmodome bring their heavy stoner riffs, psychedelic atmospheres and progressive sounds to Tundra and Lightning
From the prog underground of Western Norway comes Kosmodome, an exciting and fresh breath of Norwegian rock. The band was started by brothers Sturle Sandvik (guitar/vocals) and Severin Sandvik (drums/vocals), who together have developed a riff-based rock universe where heavy stoner elements meet progressive structures and atmospheric parts.
With massive riffs and explosive drums meet soaring guitar lines and dynamic song structures. Through an explosive live expression, the audience is taken on a journey in a cosmic soundscape where the melodic balances the brutal.
The self-titled debut album (2021) is characterized by riff-driven compositions, psychedelic atmospheres, and can seem nostalgic and modern at the same time. Inspired by psychedelic rock from the 60s and 70s, but filtered through a heavy and progressive expression.
In 2024 they signed with Stickman Records and released their second album; "AD UNDAS" which is characterized by a more dynamic and melodic expression, with flashes of Eastern and African vibes, while being full of heavy riffs and fat rhythms.
In 2026, work is underway on the third album - which will be a heavier and more aggressive album.
